Job Description:
- Create, implement, and manage Platform deployments
- Set up and maintain AWS environments.
- Work closely with developers to ensure Platform meets their needs
- Provide expertise for operational management of monitoring and platform management
- Manage virtualized Linux and/or Windows (2016 and above) systems
- Develop and deliver configuration and deployment automation utilizing tools such as Terraform and Ansible for continuously improving the functionality, availability, and manageability of the Platform and associated services.
- Set up administrator and service accounts, maintain system documentation
- Works closely with developers in troubleshooting issues.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience in related fields or technologies to this job description
- Subject Matter Expertise in AWS and System Administration of Linux/Unix Operating System
- Experience developing automation solutions with competence in scripting languages for automating frequently executed activities.
- Experience with IaC technologies such as Terraform and/or Ansible
- Experience with Automation and scripting
- Experience troubleshooting Operating Systems and Applications
- Strong experience working as part of a team collaborating on problem resolution.
