Support a diverse team responsible for system engineering across multiple programs with respect to SATCOM, ground and other national programs. These include the highly successful Command and Control Consolidated System, now enhanced with virtualization and other various IA/Cybersecurity features. The candidate will work closely with the system engineers, development, test, deployment, and on-site user support personnel.

Experience and Skills
Required Skills/Experience
6+ years engineering experience
Experience in leading and guiding a diverse group of engineers across multiple disciplines
BS in SE, CS, EE, ME, or other engineering equivalent
Led programs through SRR, PDR, CDR or equivalent design reviews
Experience with model-based systems engineering
Thorough understanding of MOSA and SOA design principles
Familiarity with modern IT infrastructure capabilities to include virtualization, cloud deployment and containerization
Self-motivated and comfortable with supporting multiple groups of developers, engineers, and testers
Articulate technical concepts orally and in written forms both internally to the team as well as externally to the customer and users
Desired Skills/Experience
Experience with satellite ground systems
Experience with SATCOM mission planning
Experience with Linux
Experience with MBSE
Experience with VMWare
Experience with SecDevOps processes and related Agile practices
