Marathon TS is looking for a IT Project Manager/Computer and Info Systems Manager to help support our client working with the Federal Government.
This person will be the Project Manager for the DVS team and will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. They will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. Expected to manage daily scrum meetings and maintains the infrastructure of the customer environments for all tools by performing upgrades as needed, updates design features to improve performance, ensures security rules are established, applied & maintained, monitors and STIGs hardware, updates software, creates technical and data connections, and provides expertise and advice for future installations/services while ensuring that the environments are properly archived. Participates in the planning and execution of trainings to the user community.

Required Skills:
- Managing Windows, Linux, or Mac systems.
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware.
- Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees.
- Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and research skills as well as the ability to disseminate more complex issues and develop complex processes, procedures or solutions
- Evaluate all STIGs and remediates applicable application STIGs for Windows Servers.
- Environment Backups: Ensure that weekly backups of applications are performed and moved to the proper storage location on the customer network drive.
- Software Upgrades: Continuously evaluate vendor product releases and upgrades the customer software so that the customer environments are no more than two major releases behind the current available version.
- Environment License Management: Assist the customer government program management staff in the requirements for additional licenses and management of the current licenses.
- Environment Monitoring: Monitor the customer Windows virtual machines through server reports and through the built-in BI tool monitoring capabilities.
- Environment Certificate Acquisition and Installation: Acquire, install, and manage the necessary software certificates for the servers on the various environments and coordinates with the customer to ensure proper installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Support of Network Outages and Downtime: Ensure that the customer servers are fully operational after network outages and downtime. Any issues are documented and communicated promptly to our user using the templates in the customer's Procedures OneNote document. Once the resolution is identified, it is documented for future reference. All outages are tracked and recorded in the incident log that can be found on the Network Drive.

- Experience completing tasks, scheduling, and managing projects in a deadline driven environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Required: CISSP, CompTIA CASP+, or CSSLP
- Required: Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Desired: Project Management Professional (PMP)
