CyberData Technologies is looking to hire a talented Proposal Writer/Manager to join our Business Development team! This individual should have a drive to develop better business processes and will be key in supporting our federal proposal efforts to include (but not limited to) technical writing, past performance, RFIs, RFPs, and IDIQ Task Orders.
Job details:
Serves as a key member of Business Development team in support of federal proposal efforts.
Participates in Proposal reviews, sharing keen ability to take technology information and transform into knowledge.
Reviews solicitation requirements and recommends strategies and proposal response approach.
Works with Subject Matter Experts, Business Development team and other Client Leads to effectively write to technical requirements.
Performs analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities about business processes, technology, etc.
Assists in development and testing of new business processes, capabilities, and as appropriate their supporting technologies.
Maintains a high level of attention to detail and is able to work independently.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, journalism or another relevant field, desired.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in support of federal proposal efforts.
Strong writing experience (technical writing or technical proposal writing experience preferred).
Must possess familiarity of Information Technology, IT system architectures (Network, Systems, Software Development, etc.) and other IT related areas.
Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage time effectively.
Experience with Microsoft Office to include Project Server and/or SharePoint, and advanced experience with Excel (Pivot tables, collapsible forms, data tables, etc.)
Must be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
